Dermoid Sinus.....

The Thai Ridgeback can have a congenital defect name Dermoid Sinus. It is mostly found on the back side in and around the ridge. The rhodesian ridgeback has the same possibility of this defect. We have found the possibility to forward you to a in our opinion well informed website. This page informes you about the defect and how it can be removed. Though there should be a warning about this website.

THERE ARE SOME PICTURES THAT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO DOUBT WITH!
They are made during operations of the dermoid Sinus by a Rhodesian Ridgeback.

If puppies have this disorder they mostly are operated and not used for breeding in the future. Further the dog has a great chance for having a great life. But we have to say any operation is a risk so nothing is 100 %.
